Should you need to cancel your transportation reservation within 24 hours of booking, just call our customer service department at +52-322-22-26279 or send us an e-mail to reservations@speedytransfers.com and we will cancel your reservation with a cancellation fee of 15% over the transportation price.

What happens once you arrive?
Upon arrival at the airport, and once you have cleared immigrations and customs, there will be people asking the name of your hotel and then they offer you transportation please do not stop with them (time share promoters), as soon you leave from that cage (time share promoters cage) you must walk to the main airport door until you see one of the Speedy Transfers representatives who will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate, displaying a banner with your name and/or the logo of Speedy Transfers. Please note that customs procedures can take between 5 or 45 minutes depending of the number of people that are waiting in line. Please do not worry, we will know this, and will be waiting for you outside the Arrival Gate.
